Cameron grew up in the town of Summerville, South Carolina and was introduced to the theatre, acting, and directing at the age of 9 by his small community theatre called The Flowertown Players. Eight years later he would be the youngest director to direct at the company. After that, he attended college for directing/ theater/ film and then made the big move out to California in 2002 to work for the Americorps program. He was stationed in San Jose, CA to help underprivileged youth ranging from grades K-12 & educated on topics such as gang violence, domestic violence, homophobia, gender roles, and conflict resolution. After being a part of such an amazing program, hearing so many stories that needed to be told, he decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams of becoming a filmmaker.

He is constantly learning and wanting to expand his knowledge and love for the art of filmmaking.
